Project Progress: ANC presentation completed

The newly designed building was presented to the Ward 8 ANC and was well received by the committee members.
Slight adjustments were made to the overall massing and proportion of the project. New drawings were made as seen below.
The next step in the process is the disposition of the property to MLK Gateway Partners, LLC so work may begin.
