NEW Renderings of MLK Gateway
We're pleased to share updated renderings of the MLK Gateway project at the intersection of Good Hope Road and MLK Jr Ave, SE in Historic Anacostia.
Our architecture firm of Hickok Cole has visualized proposed uses for the ground floor retail spaces in both segments of the development, which include 1201-1215 Good Hope Road, and at 1909 MLK Jr Ave SE. While no reatail tenants have been confirmed at this date, our commercial leasing team is ready to talk about the great opportunities in the burgeoning commercial corridor at the MLK Gateway.
